About the Role:
Classy Cleaning Staffing Agency is looking for a versatile and motivated team member to fill a combined Housekeeping, Laundry, and Front Desk role in Mount Laurel, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and delivering a welcoming guest experience. Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms
- Manage laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels
- Maintain linen inventory and restock housekeeping carts and supply closets as needed
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations
- Ensure all public-facing areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding room status and guest needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or front desk operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and transition between housekeeping and front desk duties seamlessly
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for front desk check-in/check-out systems a plus
