Job Description
We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative who will take incoming calls from our fingerprinting, photo, and I-9 processing sites across the country. Â Â The Call Center Representative supports agents in the field to ensure the required systems are working properly and standard processes are followed correctly.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, and provide exceptional customer service.Â
Â
This is an on-site position located in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The schedule will be M-F 11am-7pm, with an occasional Saturday. This position pays $16.20hr.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for end users of the Fieldprint Station sites that are installed in remote sites around the country. This support includes both phone/email support and onsite support as necessary.
- Provide return authorizations and manage the shipping process for devices in the field that are defective.
- Provide end user support either via phone to ensure that end users are able to use the Fieldprint Station and Livescan device successfully.
- Understand and provide support on scanning protocols to ensure that end users are both aware of and capable of following Fieldprint’s scanning requirements.
Required Skills

Education
The candidate we are seeking will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
