Role and Responsibilities

  • Managing patients time on service from baseline to EOS
    • Checking to ensure new patients put on service have viable baselines
    • Flipping patient study type if indicated by billing
    • Entering accounts and notification changes after they are approved and any special instructions for the technicians聽
    • Tracking/troubleshooting non-compliant patients/lead reversal, etc.
    • Troubleshooting for potential monitor replacements
    • Notifying practice of any delay/interruption in service or early discharge
    • Informing billing of cancelled studies
    • Handling any complaints and ensure the proper follow up is completed
    • Properly documenting patient records
  • Handling all inbound calls from patients on the toll-free line聽
  • Help in developing efficiencies and new protocol for clinical admin department
  • Handling Customer Service/portal emails聽
  • Processing of report requests

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
