Job DetailsJob Location: Mount Laurel, NJ 08054Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DayJob Summary: The Director of Accounting will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, cash flows, and other related financial activities. Additionally, this position provides reporting, analysis and month-end support to the CFO and the business as a whole. Duties / Responsibilities: Apply a broad knowledge of accounting methods and procedures across the organization. Oversee the month-end close process for a team of three. Processes include journal entry review, income statement preparation, and variance analysis reporting. Develop processes to reconcile and review balance sheet reconciliations on a periodic basis. Responds to informational requests and assists with DOL,401k, and year end audits. Partner with Operations to review monthly profit and loss statement to ensure cost effectiveness. Assists in managing cash collections and accounts payable disbursements. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Department projects and other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Skills and Abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and collaboration capabilities Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines Advanced analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial risks and develop effective strategies Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems, including Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Experience with financial reporting and planning tools; Vena experience preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive accounting experience required CPA license required Leadership Competencies Strategic thinking and financial stewardship Collaborative leadership and cross-functional partnership Integrity, discretion, and accountability Continuous improvement mindset Organizational Expectations  Provides a positive and professional representation of CFG Health Systems, LLC Promotes a culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification, reporting, documentation, and prevention Maintains competency and knowledge of current standards of practice, trends, and developments in the related scope of job role or practice Adheres to infection control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations • Participate in ongoing quality improvement activities Completes required orientation as directed by the facility Follows facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures while on assignment Follows facility and CFG Health Systems Occurrence Protocol Upholds HIPAA and PREA regulations Punctual and dependable for assigned/confirmed shifts Maintains security clearance for the assigned facility Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
