H2O Innovation is calling all mechanically inclined people who love working on a broad range of projects, the Millwright position is for you. Our next colleague will hold a permanent & full-time position at the Champlin, MN plant. You will be asked to perform a wide variety of assembly tasks and will learn maintenance technician and millwright skills.

The Day-to-Day
- Mechanical assemble and the set pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures with various fasteners;
- Glue PVC pipe assemblies ranging from ½” to 12” pipe diameter;
- Measure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipes;
- Cut & thread stainless steel pipe;
- Respect the project timeline;
- Ensure a good quality product by using your attention to detail;
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition;
- Respect and follow safety regulations.
The Skills We Are Looking for
- Three (3) years of related work experience;
- Ability to read technical plans;
- Personal tools is a plus, but not a must;
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomous;
- Be organized, rigorous and meticulous;
- Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs;
- Have a positive and professional attitude towards your team and internal and external clients.
