Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately locating, pulling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized work environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently with warehouse technology and equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems, matching part numbers, quantities, and specifications.
Inventory Management: Scan items into the inventory system, update stock levels, and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
Quality Control: Inspect pulled items for damage or defects, ensuring quality standards are met before packaging.
Packing & Staging: Securely pack items, apply labels, and stage completed orders in designated areas for shipping.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and picking carts as authorized.
Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintain a clean and clutter-free work area, and report any hazards.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting.
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk for extended periods.
