The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a nurturing Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured, engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Support daily classroom routines across early childhood age groupsÂ
- Â Implement developmentally appropriate learning activitiesÂ
- Â Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environmentÂ
- Â Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centersÂ
- Â Support social-emotional development and classroom engagementÂ
- Â Communicate regularly with families and team membersÂ
- Â Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policiesÂ
Qualifications
- Â High school diploma requiredÂ
- Â Prior childcare experience preferredÂ
- Â Strong teamwork and communication skillsÂ
- Â Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
