Your Day-to-Day:

As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll:

• Support residents with daily living skills, creating an environment where they can thrive.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.

Requirements:

Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:

• Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
• Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
• Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
• Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
• Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Working Hours:

This role supports our Level 2 and 3 homes with a 4-day-on, 3-day-off split shift. Weekday shifts are from 6 AM - 10 AM and 2 PM - 8 PM, with one required weekend day featuring a 10-to-12-hour shift. Roles supporting our Level 4 homes will have a traditional 4 - 5 day week with 8-hour shifts. Days will be determined based on team and resident needs.
