At Noah Homes, our maintenance team helps create safe, comfortable homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in quality work.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential homes and facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests and occasional emergency repairs
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work orders
• Coordinate with vendors when needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience in appliance repair, maintenance, facilities, handyman work, or building repair
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair/maintenance, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and use tools safely
• Must pass background check, physical exam, and drug screening
