Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to support operations at the Northern California Health Care System located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655. Responsibilities

  • Scrub, circulate, and monitor patients during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Administer contrast media and monitor patient response under physician supervision in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards to ensure a safe procedural environment.
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff during cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures.
  • Support and participate in coronary angiography, balloon angioplasty, and stenting procedures.
  • Assist with pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) implantation procedures.
  • Assist with electrophysiology studies, cardiac mapping, and ablation procedures.
  • Provide clinical support for vascular and interventional radiology procedures as needed.
  • Operate and monitor hemodynamic monitoring equipment to assess patient status throughout procedures.
  • Accurately document procedural activities, patient responses, and clinical observations in accordance with facility policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and procedural efficiency.
    Operation of fluoroscopy systems and C-arms.
  • Experience with PACS, DICOM, CPRS, VistA, and cardiovascular imaging systems.
  • Ability to perform equipment quality control, calibration, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
  • Minimum one year of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years.
  • Active AHA BLS certification 

All candidates must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
