We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support our Machining and EDM operations through advanced programming, technical problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a critical part in producing accurate, high-quality programs for complex parts while supporting quoting and production strategy.
This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Advanced programming for 3-axis, 5-axis & lathe equipment
- Fixture design for complex geometries
- Tool selection & spindle time optimization
- Blueprint and GD&T interpretation
- Program validation & quality checks
- Continuous improvement of existing programs
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of CNC programming/machining
- Expert-level Fusion 360
- Advanced SolidWorks modeling
- High-tolerance machining experience
- Deep understanding of tooling strategies and shop math
