ABOUT THE ROLE

KS Plumbing is a family-owned commercial plumbing subcontractor based in Rancho Cordova. We have been doing commercial and residential new construction across the Greater Sacramento area since 2002, and we are hiring three journeyman plumbers to start within the next two weeks.

This is not a service-and-repair position. The work is commercial prevailing wage, private commercial, and residential new construction — DSA school projects, fire stations, tenant improvements, and ground-up builds. If you have run underground, rough-in, and trim on commercial jobs, you will know what to expect here.

We run a tight, documented operation. The office keeps up with the paperwork. The field does the work. We do not babysit, and we do not expect to be babysit. If you show up, do the job right, and want consistent work with a stable crew, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Commercial prevailing wage projects — DSA schools, fire stations, state and public agency buildings
- Private commercial new construction and tenant improvements
- Residential new construction — ground-up custom homes and small multi-family
- Full scope: underground rough-in through trim and fixture set
- Greater Sacramento region — Rancho Cordova, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Roseville, and surrounding areas

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience — commercial or residential new construction preferred
- Ability to work independently across phases of a job without constant supervision
- Reliable — shows up on time, communicates when something comes up, does not leave the crew guessing
- Comfortable working across project types, from slab through trim

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Wages are competitive and based on experience. Prevailing wage rates apply on all applicable public works projects.
