| Job Description |
What you will be doing: - Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court and argue motions
- Work directly with clients and play a visible role in case strategy
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team
Experience you will need: - 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
- Active California Bar license (required)
- Experience across all phases of litigation (trial experience is a strong plus)
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases and deadlines with increasing independence
- A client-first mindset and commitment to excellent service
