What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive eye care services to a diverse patient population while building meaningful, long-term relationships. On a typical day, you can expect to perform 10 to 18 exams, with the flexibility to manage your practice your way.
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Optometrist in the state of Texas (new grads welcome)
- Self-motivated, professional, and passionate about patient care
- Interested in private practice growth through a sublease model
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Comfortable working independently in a busy retail environment
