Job Description

  

Join Teledyne Microwave Solutions, a global leader in advanced microwave and RF technologies serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. As a Production Planner, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of high-performance products that power mission-critical applications worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain master production schedules to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Plan and coordinate workflow across departments based on established sequences and lead times.
  • Monitor project status and collaborate with supervisors to resolve delays.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to optimize processes.
  • Expedite operations and adjust schedules to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, amendments, and shipping notices.
  • Ensure materials are delivered on time, at negotiated prices, and meet quality standards.
  • Calculate resource requirements and plan manufacturing operations for production teams.
  • Create lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.

What You Need

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – required
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities – required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software – required
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, Kaizen) – preferred
  • Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards – preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling – required
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities – required
  • U.S. Person status for compliance with ITAR regulations – required
