We are an established property management company seeking an experienced and drivenĀ Assistant Community ManagerĀ to join our team at a beautifully maintained 542-unit apartment community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Community Manager to oversee all facets of day-to-day operations from leasing and marketing to resident relations, administration, and financial management. You'll play a key role in creating a community our residents are proud to call home.
- Support the Community Manager across all phases of property operations and general administration
- Actively market the community and maintain high occupancy of qualified residents
- Assist with billing, accounting, and financial reporting duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with residents
- Help coordinate maintenance activities and ensure the property is well-maintained
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming community environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry
- Demonstrated sales experience with a results-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
- Professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed expectations
- Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first approach
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
