We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team! In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. You will assist the dentist during procedures, support clinical operations, and—depending on licensure—perform expanded duties within your legal scope of practice.
The ideal candidate is a Certified DA or state-licensed RDA with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care. If you’re professional, positive, and committed to creating a welcoming environment, we’d love to meet you.
Schedule: Full Time Monday – Friday 9–6, Saturdays as needed

Qualifications
- Â Current California DA or RDA license
- Â Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experienceÂ
- Â Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certificationÂ
- Â Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and chairside assisting techniquesÂ
- Â Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skillsÂ
- Â Proficiency in dental software and electronic charting systemsÂ
- Â Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality dental careÂ
Responsibilities
- Â Welcome patients to the treatment area and ensure their comfort throughout proceduresÂ
- Â Review treatment plans and answer patient questions regarding procedures and aftercareÂ
- Â Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and dental charting accuratelyÂ
- Â Assist the dentist during examinations, surgeries, and restorative proceduresÂ
- Â Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and equipmentÂ
For RDAEF:
- Â Perform extended functions permitted under California law, including:Â
- Â Placing, contouring, finishing, and polishing restorationsÂ
- Â Taking final impressions for crowns, bridges, and removable prostheticsÂ
- Â Cementing crowns, inlays, onlays, and fixed bridgesÂ
- Â Coronal polishing and sealant applicationÂ
- Â Adjusting temporary restorations and dentures as directedÂ
- Â Maintain strict compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety protocolsÂ
- Â Support front office tasks such as scheduling, charting, and patient follow-up as neededÂ
