Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a trusted statewide provider of skilled trade construction services, supporting commercial new construction, tenant improvements, and 24/7 emergency service needs for our clients.

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitor to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment for our employees and visitors.  The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our facility. 

Schedule

• Tuesday 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. 

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface and carpeted floors
• Refill and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and soap dispensers
• Report facility maintenance needs, including damaged equipment and burned-out light fixtures
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize janitorial laundry
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the department

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in a janitorial or environmental services role
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and write reports and emails
• Ability to work in accordance with OSHA regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies
