As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor
- Lead a team of on-site security guards
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
- Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
- Coordinate training programs to ensure staff are knowledgable in policies, procedures and emergency response protocols
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- All other related duties
Qualifications for Security Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
- Excellent leadership skills
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security and team management
- First aid certificationÂ
- Hold a valid security license
