Overview:Â
To provide efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean, top quality pool with food service.Â
Â
Responsibilities:Â

Properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient service area of the pool throughout the shiftÂ
-
Perform our guest services by using the Moments of Service guidelinesÂ
-
Responsible for ringing orders into Micros, and delivering orders to the pool areaÂ
-
Deliver food orders from kitchen to pool area and return dishes to kitchenÂ
-
Continually check back with guests at the poolÂ
-
Keep all supplies stockedÂ
-
Clean, clear and reset service areasÂ
-
Protect the hotel from liability with regard to over serving guestsÂ
-
Complete all duties as assigned by managerÂ
-
Assist bartender when neededÂ
-
Ensure tables are set up properlyÂ
-
Aid guests in locating other areas of the hotel (walk them to destination if possible)Â
-
Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessionsÂ
-
Familiarity with food and drink menusÂ
-
Adhere to cash handling standardsÂ
-
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure clean uniform and professional personal appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assetsÂ
-
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certificationsÂ

Qualifications:Â

Previous serving experience preferredÂ
-
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysÂ
-
RBS and Food Handler certifications are requiredÂ
-
Candidates must be able to speak fluent EnglishÂ
-
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced luxury hotel lobby bar environment as well as outdoors at hotel poolÂ
-
Must live within 50 miles of the hotel Â
