Job DetailsJob Location: Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage - Rancho Mirage, CA 92270Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: Accounting - Finance - ComplianceJOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Responsible for providing support to the Compliance Department in all areas of regulatory compliance requirements.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)   Maintains Title 31 Compliance; including but not limited to, thorough auditing of daily Title 31 paperwork. Assist in identifying AML/BSA risk and implementing mitigating controls. Accurate and timely completion of CTRC’s and SARC’s, issuance and tracking of departmental exception reports. Record retention of all Title 31 documentation as required by the Bank Secrecy Act. Retrieve, audit and maintain computer reports, spreadsheets and Word document files of the Title 31 Audit. Preparation of exception reports and maintenance of exception logs. Assistance with in-house investigations and routine audits. Such other compliance related responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by the Compliance Manager Perform other duties as assigned   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None   ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS AND INFORMATION (ACCRS & SRC) As per the ACGC Access Matrix   SIGNATORY ABILITY NoneQualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year Auditing experience required, Title 31 experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.  Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.     WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.  Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment. Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment.  Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to:  a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
