As Cage Shift Supervisor, responsible and accountable for the operations of the cage activities during a shift. As Main Banker, will perform cage cash transaction.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) As Cage Shift Supervisor: Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements. Maintain security and accountability of company funds located in cage during designated assignment to include training of cage team members. Must be able to work in a window when necessary. Supervise cage cashiers.  Provide orderly and positive working environment. Conduct investigations of variances (over/shorts) that may occur on shift and follow up with paperwork. Handle customer complaints and inquires. Monitor team member performance; ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures. Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients. Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.   As Main Banker: Exchange cash for chips and chips for cash. Verify and prepare all Floor Cashier and Food and Beverage banks. Perform cashier exchanges for cashiers. Prepare deposits. Performs Slot hopper fills. Performs Table Games fills and credits. Receive money from bank institution. Take in and post cash and chips from soft count. Pay out Poker, Slot or other jackpot winners, when necessary. May prepare W-2G’s for all winnings over $1,199.00. Check and verify Jackpot Payout Slips for completion. Maintains accountability of Marker Bank. Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients. Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.   Supervisory Responsibilities Main Bankers   Access to Sensitive Areas and Information (ACCRS & SRC) As per the ACGC Access Matrix.   Signatory Ability All Cage related forms QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Working Conditions/Physical Demands To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
