Job Summary
The Back Office Assistant - LVN is an licensed healthcare professional who performs non-invasive routine technical services under the supervision of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner in the medical practice setting.Pay Range
Minimum $29.48 Midpoint $39.04 Maximum $48.61Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Position Details
This is a full-time position that will support the SOCPA Rancho Santa Margarita office with potential to cover at other SOCPA offices as needed.
Experience
* Required: Previous experience or internship in a clinic or medical practice.
* Preferred: Prior experience working in a back office medical practice or clinic. Experience working in a pediatric environment.
Education
* Required: Graduate of a Licensed/Vocational Nursing Program.
Specialized Skills
* Required: Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology; promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission; and understand and exceed customer expectations, effectively solve complex patient care and organizational problems, role model positive and professional behavior.
* Preferred: Bilingual in English/ Spanish.
Licensure
* Required: Basic Life Support (BLS); Licensed Vocational Nurse – CA (LVN).
* Preferred: First Aide Certification
