The Opportunity:
Support for HQ AETC A3/6 to ensure training and resources are planned, programmed, and budgeted to develop, update, and add to the AETC A3/6 Air Force Readiness Training and Security Cooperation (SC) training analysis activities. Work includes competencies development requirements for training analysis activities to include competency-based training development and analysis for USAF readiness and AETC courses. Support to these activities include program management, assessment, analysis, subject matter expertise, pipeline management and scheduling, registrar, curriculum and courseware development, and technical services.
Responsibilities:
Will provide program oversight for training development as it relates to the components of IW (Cyber, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Space, Public Affairs (PA), Information Operations (IO), and Weather). Will incorporate IW into Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and provide MAJCOM-level review of all IW-related curriculum and suggest changes based on IW experience, doctrine, and familiarity with emerging requirements.
Develop and present IW-related briefings and other correspondence to AETC leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:Â
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
Must have at least 5 years as a program manager.
Must have at least 5 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming.
Must have working knowledge of USAF Readiness Training.
Active Secret Clearance

Ability to serve on teams with demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail skills.
Served as an in-residence and/or online instructor.
An understanding of competency-based assessment, learning, and development.
