What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident conditions.
- Support residents with meals, transfers, and daily routines.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care.
- Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
- A commitment to providing outstanding care and treating every resident with dignity and respect
