What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional nursing care while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life for our residents.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to provide outstanding care.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing team throughout your shift.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
A compassionate, dependable professional dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care
