Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. The posted range is intended to provide a general estimate and does not guarantee a specific rate of pay.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers.

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of annual market sales strategy and plan to achieve goals that include new sales, cross-sell and retention goals
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of profitable Cash Management deposits and Cash Management fee income portfolio for assigned market
  • Responsible for the preparation of sales presentations including pro-forma, pitchbooks and PowerPoint decks. Recommend services which would add value to the customer relationship.
  • Manages a portfolio of Cash Management customers whose needs are extensive and complex due to the customer relationship, nature of the business and products or size of the deposits
  • Responsible for providing a high quality of client customer service and implementation and training of online products
  • Responsible for ensuring that company personnel (Commercial and Retail) are aware of Cash Management sales activities and products and promote the company’s Cash Management sales objectives
  • Maintains and develops a network of professional contacts and Centers of Influence to expand the organization’s financial services relationships. Represents the organization at various external functions and events
  • Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory and bank policy requirements
  • Protect the confidentiality of non-public customer information (NPCI) and the security of our information technology resources. Adhere to the Bank’s Acceptable Use Policy, participate in security awareness training and successfully pass social engineering testing which are designed to provide the education necessary to enable employees to keep the bank secure. Employee awareness and vigilance are required in following these cyber security best practices and are the most effective weapon we have against cyber threats and fraud

OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Bank encourages participation in a community development service within the Bank’s assessment area. Community development encompasses affordable housing and community services that target low to moderate income individuals and activities that revitalize or stabilize targeted low to moderate income neighborhoods. Community development services must be related to providing a financial service or use the financial expertise of the bank employee. Examples include: 

  • Offering accounting skills to a local charitable organization that serves low to moderate income individuals; 
  • Performing bookkeeping services for low to moderate income seniors; 
  • Teaching a financial literacy program for low to moderate income school children; 
  • Fundraising on behalf of a local or state agency that provides services and/or programs targeting low- or moderate-income individuals; 
  • Activities that revitalize or stabilize low- or moderate-income areas; 
  •  Encourages CRA qualified volunteerism

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7 – 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate a superior professionalism and presence. 
  • Ability to work with all levels of senior management. 
  • Ability to lead and influence multiple audiences, within and outside the organization.
  • Superior ability to cultivate and foster relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to interact effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize all resources and provide creative solutions to client needs and a demonstrated ability to sell products and services successfully.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and must be self-motivated.
