Position Summary

The Ticket Office Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Ticket Office by supporting, coaching, and supervising Ticket Office Team Members while ensuring outstanding guest service. This working supervisor position spends much of the day serving guests alongside the team while providing leadership, training, and operational support. The Supervisor serves as the primary resource for Ticket Office Team Members and helps ensure daily procedures, cash handling, and guest service standards are consistently met.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead, coach, and support Ticket Office Team Members throughout each shift.

· Serve guests at the ticket window while leading by example

· Assist manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff in the department.

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.  

May handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. 

· Train and onboard new team members on RTP, resort products, policies, and guest service standards.

· Assist with daily staffing, break coverage, and task assignments.

· Monitor team performance and provide coaching and recognition.

· Sell lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, gift cards, and other resort products.

· Answer guest questions regarding mountain operations, events, weather, and resort policies.

· Process all payment types accurately and assist with cash balancing and reconciliation.

· Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

· Communicate operational updates and policy changes to the Ticket Office team.

· Partner with Ski & Ride School, Rentals, Lift Operations, and Guest Services to provide a seamless guest experience.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

· 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or ticket office experience.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn RTP and other resort software.

· Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods.
