Meyer & Dana Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, hardworking Orthodontic Assistant to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Assist doctors during orthodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take records including photos, X-rays, and scans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Help create an exceptional patient experience
• Work closely with a fun, supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positions may include travel between our Rapid City, Spearfish and Pierre locations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited orthodontic assisting program preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and the orthodontic team
