DoubleTree Rapid City and Gold Bison Grill are looking for a self-managing and motivated barback to support the lounge area with bussing duties, restocking plateware and inventory, and performing opening and closing duties to keep the lounge clean, ready, and welcoming for every guest. This role works mainly evenings between 4pm to when lounge closes.

As a barback, you will be primarily responsible for supporting bartenders and the restaurant supervisor by delivering food orders to tables, passing on guest needs and questions to the bartenders, stocking product and tableware, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude and atmosphere.

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for great guest service. Being able to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of orders is also needed to perform well in this role.

Pay rate is $14 per hour before tipouts, which vary but bring the average hourly wage between $16 and $18 an hour when included. DoubleTree and Gold Bison Grill prefer to promote from within, so whether looking for a future in food & beverage or some hours and extra evening shifts, this fits!
