What You'll Do
- Assist the Service Manager with daily service department operations.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Prepare estimates, explain repair recommendations, and keep customers informed.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely communication.
- ⭐ Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Help drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Support employee training, coaching, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety standards.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- ⚡ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
