Responsible for analyzing needs of patient, visitor and vendor and directing them to the appropriate department or individual hospital personnel. Answers incoming switchboard calls and the transfer of calls to the appropriate individual. May be required to handle clinical duties as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Previous work experience in a heathcare reception office setting preferred.
