  • The work schedule is Sunday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm or Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
  • The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Role Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Clinical Director with supervision of the clinical team (Addiction Counselors, Group Facilitators, Therapists, etc.), monitoring all client files, creating and designing program curriculum, and clinical training of staff.  Clinical Supervisors may assist the clinical team with coordinating treatment and discharge planning as well as crisis management as needed. The Clinical Supervisor will act as Clinical Director in the Clinical Director’s absence.

Schedule: 

Sunday - Wednesday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm or Sunday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Clinical Director in the provision of services to clients and staff issues as needed.
  • Provide supervision to clinical team and signs off on clinical Intern/Trainee hours as needed for State/Federal/Private licensing.
  • Monitor the needs and behaviors of clients via therapist supervision.
  • Assists with planning of activities, therapeutic support groups, outings, and community meetings as assigned.
  • Recognize early signs of illness and the need for professional assistance and follow through and reports this to the Clinical Director.
  • Respond to emergencies and initiate action as required.
  • Discuss significant events involving client’s activities with the clinical team.
  • Attend and participates in staff meetings and trainings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of supervision experience in a clinical setting.
  • Master’s Level education in psychology or a related field.
  • Experience with education of chemical and alcohol dependency and abuse.

Minimum Requirements:

  • LMFT, LCPC, LCSW or equivalent with supervision qualification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willing to obtain.
  • Must successfully compete Background Check, Drug Screen, and TB Test.
