We’re seeking a Group Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming and carry a small individual caseload.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation.
- Carry as small individual caseload.
- Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
What You'll Bring
- Active IL license: LSW, IMF or LAC (required).
- Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
