Why Clinicians Choose Outpatient at CIHS $15,000 geographical differential Traditional schedule- Monday through Friday 8-5 Community-based work and in the office 100% paid medical, dental, vision (you + dependents) 25 days PTO + 11 paid holidays Retirement (PERS) with employer contributions Weekly supervision + licensure support Collaborative, multidisciplinary team   What You’ll Do Provide therapy and case management in community settings Complete assessments and build individualized treatment plans Support clients with skill-building, housing, employment, and recovery goals Collaborate with a full care team (med management, peers, case managers) Help reduce hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement Track progress and complete clinical documentation   Why This Role Is Different You’re not office-based—you’re out in the community making real change Smaller, team-based caseload approach Focus on long-term stability and recovery, not quick visits   QualificationsWhat You Bring Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field 2+ years of clinical experience Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days Comfortable working in community/home settings Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Preferred: LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A Experience in community mental health or high-acuity populations   Why Pacific County?
