Sonic Summary

The job requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Primary responsibilities include triaging patients, collecting lab samples, and accurately entering data into the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
The RN will also coordinate with the front-desk team and support the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) as needed.
An active RN license is required, and BLS certification is preferred for this position.
Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Raymond for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Triage patients with care and confidence

· Collect lab samples

· Enter data accurately into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system

· Coordinate with our front-desk team to keep things flowing

· Support our Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

· 2+ years of RN experience

· Active RN license (required)

· BLS certification (preferred)

Qualifications:

Ability to commute to and/or relocate to Raymond.
