We are seeking Licensed Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. Our clinicians work with adults receiving treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses. In this role, you'll provide group and individual therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and help clients achieve meaningful progress in recovery. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy a structured environment, strong team support, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives.

Full-Time Schedule: 

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual counseling to clients in recovery and/or mental health treatment.
• Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
• Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Illinois LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
• 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.

Pay Range: 

• $36.00 - $38.50
