Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time
Sunflower Development Center – Raynham, MA

Sunflower Development Center is a BCBA-owned and operated multidisciplinary center seeking a full-time BCBA to join our growing clinical team.

We are passionate about high-quality, naturalistic, developmentally appropriate ABA. Our clinical model emphasizes NDBI frameworks, Natural Environment Teaching, play-based intervention, functional communication, and meaningful skill acquisition that improves quality of life for children and families.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs and BTs, analyzing data, collaborating with families and related service providers, and ensuring documentation and billing meet medical necessity and payer standards.

Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts
Some experience with NDBI, NET, and play-based intervention
Experience with both focused and comprehensive treatment models
Excellent treatment plan development and medical necessity justification skills
Comfortable providing services in center and home settings
Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth
