About the Role:
Join VODA Cleaning & Restoration as a Lead Restoration Technician, and be a crucial part of our dedicated team in South Shore Boston. In this role, you will lead restoration projects, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service in their time of need.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards IICRC.
- Conduct thorough assessments of damage and develop effective restoration plans.
- Lead and train a team of technicians in water, fire, and mold remediation techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Utilize advanced restoration equipment and techniques to ensure optimal results.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect team members and clients.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restoration or a related field.
- Valid IICRC certification in WRT (water damage restoration) and AMRT mold remediation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Back ground check clearance
- Positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

VODA Cleaning & Restoration will be opening for business mid March 2026, serving the South Shore of Boston, down to Newport RI. VODA Cleaning & Restoration will be focused on Restoration services for both Residential and Commercial clients who have suffered from Water, Fire & Smoke, and Storm Damage. Additional services to be offered in time will include Mold Remediation, Air Duct Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, and Odor Removal, to name of few.
