Corin is looking to add a Loaner Administrator to our team in Raynham. The Loaner Administrator will provide support to the Loaner team and have an overview of departmental activities. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in distribution or customer services / dispatching.Â
The key responsibilities of the Loaner Administrator are to:
•   Become Subject Matter Expert on WebOps along with Loaner Dept and Customer Service functions
•   Review case scheduling tool periodically during the day for new and updated requests
•   Add and update case scheduling tool as necessary to reflect changes
•   Effectively communicates critical loaner shipment information to Agents, Field Operations Team, and internal partners
•   Manages systematic return of loaner products from the field including daily follow up with AgentsÂ
•   Manages overdue loaners and escalates when necessary
•   Reconciles inventory discrepancies and customer inquiries specific to loaner activities
•   Assists sales agents and customer service, when necessary, in proper case usage submission and recording for processing (retraining when required)
•   Communicate with sales agents regarding missing, damaged, and expired items.Â
•   Investigate issues to resolve quicklyÂ
•   Maintain accurate records in our tracking system, including serial numbers, set contents, and usage history
•   Manages weekly agent communications of assets on loan
•   Compiles bi-monthly report of overdue and late loaner charges
•   Perform a variety of administrative functions; maintain a variety of records and reports
•   Other related tasks and duties as assigned
The ideal Loaner Administrator will have:
•   3-5 years in a customer service / distribution environment
•   Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
•   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
•   High School diploma preferred
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•   Proficiency in Microsoft suite
•   Ability to think strategically
•   Able to remain calm in the face of shifting priorities and client demands
•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
The base pay range for this position is $24-28 per hour. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
