Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a rewarding home health position providing skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homes• Manage and coordinate patient care plans• Complete clinical documentation and assessments• Collaborate with the clinical team to identify opportunities for improved patient outcomes• Promote high-quality patient care and service excellence

Requirements

• Must have a current RN license in the state of Kansas and Missouri• At least 1 year of recent experience with adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Comfortable working independently in the field• Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
