Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for up to three leaders
- Manage hectic and complex calendars
- Facilitate site meetings through agenda collection, action item tracking, and note taking
- Collaborate on arranging and structuring leadership visits to the site
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Organize space planning, strategic offsite events, and team all-hands meetings
- Plan and execute team engagement events
- Build cross-functional relationships between teams
- Champion team collaboration and operational best practices at the local data center
- Participate in the global data center admin community
- General administrative duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience prioritizing tasks across multiple stakeholders based on urgency and business impact
- 3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
- 3+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
- 3+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience collaborating with and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross functional partners
- Experience in prioritizing multiple assignments quickly
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- BA/BS
- Event planning experience
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience adapting to shifting priorities and managing concurrent workstreams in a dynamic environment
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
$86,091/year to $118,310/year + bonus + equity + benefits
