What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • · Answer phones, greet visitors, manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  • · Address general inquiries regarding services provided by Supportive Concepts for families
  • · Complete additional administrative duties assigned by the management team
  • · Provide administrative support directly to the CEO, including scheduling, reminders, preparing documents, and handling follow-ups.
  • · Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and communicate schedule changes.
  • · Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain confidential documents and records.
  • · Track office and business orders, place orders as needed, and monitor deliveries.
  • · Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, clients, and other outside contacts.
  • · Help coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take notes when needed, and follow up on action items.
  • · Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
  • · Handle sensitive company and employee information with discretion.
  • · Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while determining what needs immediate attention.

Qualifications

Required:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

· Current driver's license, registration, and access to a functional vehicle

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Preferred

· Experience working a front desk job

· Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

· Office, or executive support experience preferred
