Position Summary:

This position serves as the primary liaison between Operations and Engineering teams, focusing on system integration, route optimization, process standards and data integrity across our transportation management platforms. This role is critical in managing a new integration between the Horsepower/Fleet Manager systems and ensuring seamless route creation and modification processes.

The position requires a self-starter who can work independently to translate operational requests into system-based solutions. Through these activities, the position drives operational consistency, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to understand route design requirements, entering and configuring route information for driver execution, and ensuring both systems communicate effectively. The role emphasizes strong data integrity practices and the ability to respond to route schedule modification requests with technical proficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert by owning training content, best practices, and process documentation. Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and process flows; coordinate in-person and virtual training for new hires and existing users; and ensure documentation and materials are updated to reflect system changes, enhancements, and evolving business practices.

Interpret results and provide insights and recommendations to leadership, while collaborating with reporting teams to suggest enhancements to standard reports that better support business needs.
• Provide ongoing day-to-day operational support by serving as a primary point of contact for identified issues and performance gaps. Use reporting and business feedback to investigate root causes, engage directly with stakeholders to understand current practices, and recommend operational improvements. Provide walk-up support and targeted training as needed, with effectiveness measured through performance metrics and reporting outcomes.
• Other projects as assigned by supervisor
