Principal Purpose of the Position:
•   Initiates and monitors physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy; investigates variances and resolves issues including reporting as required.
•   Analyzes and reports production variances; assists team in determining cause and identifying solutions.
•   Sets up and/or changes material masters.
•   Assists with month end close.
•   Assists in preparation of key metrics.
•   Transacts and reconciles plant to plant transfers (scrap and some semi inventory).
•   Assists external auditors in completing audits.
•   Assists with completing government surveys and censuses.
•   Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Position Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
•   Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
Experience:
•   Zero (0) – five (5) years experience preferably with some manufacturing.Â
Skills and Abilities:
•   Excellent analytical/communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/etc.)
•   SAP experience preferred.
•   Ability to collaborate with a multi-department team.
•   Good written and oral communication skills.
Supervisory responsibilities: None.
Work environment:
•   Professional office environment.
•   Occasional interaction/visits to manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
•   Occasional use of PPE required.
Travel: Limited; domestic.
