What You’ll Do

As a Custodial Maintenance Worker, duties include but are not limited to:

• Provides Maintenance Support: Performs basic repairs, changes lightbulbs, fixes minor plumbing issues, and conducts general handyman tasks.

• Inspections: Fleet Management – Inspect company vehicles monthly

• Vendor Coordination: Assists as the point of contact for external contractors to escort them throughout the facilities

• Office Porterage: Handles physical tasks like moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, and accepting heavy deliveries.

• Inventory Control: Tracks stocks of cleaning products.

• Custodial & Sanitation duties

• Maintenance & Repairs

• Grounds & Security

• Event Support & Inventory

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Responsible person with the ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and work independently.

• Must be 21 years of age.

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Ability to read, write, and communicate basic information in English.

  • Additional Requirements: The candidate must pass required Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA driver's license and maintain a good driving record throughout employment. The candidate must pass a pre-employment Physical & Drug Screening (THC included) & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all required trainings.
