What You'll Do
As a Day Program Supervisor, you will:
- Provide leadership and supervision of all direct support staff
- Complete understanding of 2380 Regulations
- Prepare monthly paperwork to include but not limited to medication logs, medication reviews, fire drills, and individual goals
- Assist Day Program Specialist with completion of required documentation such as Set Work notes.
- Completed required training and training hours
- Support individuals in goals/independence/behavior management
- Schedule recreational activitities
- Advocate for meaningful community inclusion and high-quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent writing and documentation skills
- Team Player
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and climb stairs as needed.
- Ability to drive a vehicle and travel frequently within assigned service areas.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
