We are seeking an experienced Director of Education to partner with the Director of Operations and the leadership team at our premier school in Reading, MA. This role is ideal for a strong leader and passionate educator committed to delivering an exceptional experience for children, families, and staff.

Salary range of $65,000 – $70,000+ annually, based on experience, education, and EEC certifications, plusannual bonus eligibility for EEC Director Qualified Candidates.Â

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, parent relations, and facilities.Â

Program Quality: Ensure delivery of curriculum-aligned programs that support development and kindergarten readiness, including summer programs.
Employee Success: Build a positive team culture through coaching, development, performance management, and issue resolution.
Parent Relations: Lead team culture, training, and performance management.Â
Licensing Compliance: Maintain full compliance with state and franchise regulations, ensuring accurate records and a safe environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education (Required): Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
ECE Leadership Experience (Required): Minimum 4-8 years as a Director in a licensed Childcare Center with 100+ students and 35+ teachers.
Certification (Required): MA Director II Certification.
Physical Requirements (Required): Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to support child safety, including lifting infants and assisting in emergency situations.Â
