Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced GeneralĀ Laborers for projects located in the Reading, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā
- Bolt solar panel sections together as part of the pre-assembly process
- Place assembled panels onto stands
- Move and organize materials as needed
- Repeat the same assembly process throughout the shift in a continuous workflow
Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
- Comfortable lifting and moving materials
- Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
- Fall Protection / OSHA certification preferred
