The Group Tour Travel Planner works directly with our travel partners to plan and coordinate memorable group vacations, including cruises, land tours, accommodations, transportation, and excursions. The right candidate brings proven experience in group travel and a genuine passion for helping people experience the world, building strong, lasting relationships with clients along the way. With over 52 years in the industry, our long history is built on personal service and those same values.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate group travel, including cruises, land tours, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
• Work directly with travel partners and vendors to build and manage memorable group vacations.
• Manage multiple trips and projects at once while meeting deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience with cruises and land tours.
• Experience planning and coordinating group travel.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about travel.
• Enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
